I asked them all the same questions. They were all experienced Long Realtors. I choose Diedra based on how she responded to my questions, and my impression that we would work well together. My judgment turned out to be correct. She was outstanding throughout the sales process. She was always available, responded very fast to my texts, and also interacted very good with two of my adult children. Booth visited for a few days from Sequim (WA) and Huntington Beach (CA), and helped with the cleanup, paper signage etc. They both liked Dee a lot and had almost constant contact with Dee, by texting and phone, throughout the whole sales period. Dee also stopped at my present home to help me filling in various forms, and setting up an electronic signature system. She was always in time with appointments, and was very familiar with the title company personnel and procedures. She also had good judgment as to what we had to do to make the property look better without costing a lot of money. She always acted in a professional manner. She is a kind and friendly person. I will recommend her very strongly to friends, and to people I know who need a good realtor.
